    <h2>Participation and Eligibility</h2>
    <ul>
        <li>
            Anyone who has some brilliant idea and the drive to turn it into a successful startup andmeets all of the eligibility criteria listed hereinafter, is eligible to apply. Each applicant must
be a citizen of India and must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
        </li>
        <li>To qualify as an idea stage startup, the startup must fulfil the below mentioned criteria:
        <ul>
            <li>
                Must be a founding member who’s currently studying in any of the recognized
educational institution;
            </li>
            <li>
                The start-up Company should be either ‘a yet to be incorporated company’ or shouldhave been incorporated not before 3 years from the last date for submission of
proposal; Must be a standalone idea/business that is not part of an existing business
            </li>
        </ul>
        </li>
        <li>
             Participation in the Competition is free of charge.
        </li>
        <li>
            Candidate should submit the prescribed Application form duly completed. Incomplete applications will not 
        </li>
        <li>
            Each candidate shall be allowed to submit one original concept/idea per application. Duplicate concept/idea will not be entertained, which shall be straightaway eliminatedfromthe competition. The organisers have the right to verify the eligibility of each Applicant. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications, may be
disqualified at the sole discretion of the organisers.
        </li>
    </ul>
    <p>
        If the applicant uses fraudulent methods or otherwise attempts to circumvent the rules, its
submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the organisers.
    </p>
    <p>
        Any ideas or applications found to be plagiarized, offensive, immoral or unethical may be screenedand disqualified out rightly.
    </p>
    <p>
        If any information furnished during or before the stage of application processing or thereafter, is
reported to be erroneous, false or incorrect, the application may be treated as invalid ab-initio, at anytime.

        Timelines for the Competition
    </h2>
    <ul>
        <li>
            18th April, 2022: Applications open
        </li>
        <li>
            11th May, 2022: Applications submission deadline
        </li>
        <li>
            18th May, 2022: Approved applicants will be notified of their participation
        </li>
        <li>
            27th May, 2022: All approved ideas will be made live based on their uniqueness inter-alia in terms of itsoriginality and business acumen, at the Take Off event.
        </li>

        Competition Process
    </h2>
    <ul>
        <li>Selected applications will be notified on May 18, 2022;</li>
        <li>15 ideas may be shortlisted and letters there against will be sent to the shortlisted candidates;</li>
        <li>
            15 finally selected candidates will be provided the opportunity to present their ideas at theTakeOff Event on May 27, 2022;
        </li>
        <li>
            Jury may select 2 winners, who will receive a cash prize of INR 2.5 lakh, and INR 1 lakh
        </li>

    <h2>
        Selection and Prize Money
    </h2>
    <ul>
        <li>Decision of the Jury panellist will be final and will be binding on all participants.</li>
    </ul>
        <p>Award money will not be paid in cash. It will be transferred to the bank account of the winning
candidate, within 10 working days, after announcement of the result.</p>
